  1. LOGIN PROCESS
    The homepage for the college registrations for 11th admissions across the state of Maharashtra can
    be accessed from the URL: httpd://11 admissions/ . Choose your region by clicking on it to
    proceed with the student registration process
  2. NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCESS:
    For New registration, candidate need to click on ‘New Registration’ button on home page and the
    registration form will appear where candidate need to fill below data.

• Applicant’s School Area: Candidate need to select the school area from where he/she has
passed 10th examination.
• Applicant status: It would be the student’s status as Fresher/Repeater/Previously Pass.
• 10th Standard or Equivalent Examination Board: Candidate need to select the Board of 10th
exam.
• 10th Standard or Equivalent Examination Details:
o Seat Number: It would be text-box field which would be entered by user and should
contain numeric values.
Note: If the candidate is of SSC board the below field data will auto populate by clicking on the
‘Get SSC Data’ button. For other boards candidates need to fill the data by their own.
o Month of Examination: It would be drop-down field which will provide the list of
month
o Year of Examination: It would be drop-down field which will provide the years.
o Name of the Applicant: It would be text-box field which would be entered by user
• Applicant’s Contact Details:

o Mobile Number: It would be textbox field which would be entered by user and
should contain numeric values.
o E-Mail ID (If Available): It would be textbox field which would be entered by user
• Security Question Details:
o Security Question:): It would be dropdown field which will provide the list of
Questions from which candidate need to select one question.
o Security Question’s Answer: It would be textbox field which would be entered by
user as answer to selected security question
• Password Details:
o Password: It would be textbox field which would be entered by user
o Confirm Password: It would be textbox field which would be entered by user
Check the information filled in the registration form, if it is correct then click on ‘Register’ button.
Once you click on Register button, the page with Application Form No. / Login ID with Important
instructions will appear.
Login details will also be shared on the registered mobile number.
Candidate can print these details by clicking on ‘Print’ button.
Read All the Instruction and click on ‘Proceed to Login>>>’ button.

    Description of Each Section of Application Page:

On this page the registration details will appear, candidate need to check these details make
necessary changes if required and then click on ‘Save & Next’ button

o Name of the Applicant: Candidate need to enter his/her name as appear on 10th
exam result.
o Applicant’s Mother’s Name: : Candidate need to enter his/her mother’s name.
o Gender: Candidate need to select their gender from drop-down.
o Date of Birth: Candidate need to select his/her date of birth
o Name of School: Candidate need to enter his/her 10th examination school name.
o School Index Number: Candidate need to enter 10th his/her school index number.
o UDISE Number of School: Candidate need to enter his/her school UDISE number.
Note:

  1. If candidate want to apply for In-House quota for admission heshe need to enter correct UDISE
    code and Index code of secondary school.
  2. For SSC board candidate the above data will automatically come from system. Cnadidate need
    to cross check the UDISE code or SSC Index number before going forward. Your application will be
    sent to your respective Secondary School for verification process automatically.

o Applicant’s Address for Correspondence: Candidate need to enter his/her full
address.
o Pin Code: Candidate need to enter his/her area pin code.
o State: Candidate need to select his/her states from the dropdown.
o District: It would be dropdown field which will provide the list of states as per the
selected state. Candidate need to select his/her district.
o Tehsil / Taluka: Candidate need to enter his/her Tehsil/Taluka.
o City / Town / Village: Candidate need to enter the name of his/her City / Town /
Village.
o Mobile Number: Candidate need to enter mobile number for communication.
o Mobile Number 2: Candidate need to enter mobile number for communication.
o Landline Phone Number: Candidate need to enter landline phone number for
communication.
o E-Mail ID: Candidate need to enter Mail Id for communication.

o Select Your Category: It would be a dropdown field from where candidate need to
select his/her Constitutional Reservation Category.
If candidate belong any Constitutional Reservation Category, He/she need to mention the
cast certificate issuing state and district.
Note: If cast certificate issuing state is other than Maharashtra, the category for admission
will be consider as General/Open.
o Does Applicant belong to Handicapped (Divyang) / Hearing Disability Category? –
would be radio button having values YES or NO

o Does Applicant belong to Earthquake or Project Affected? – would be radio button
having values YES or NO
o Has Applicant’s Parent been Transferred to Online Process Area? – would be radio
button having values YES or NO
o Whether Applicant’s Grandparents Freedom Fighters? – Itwould be radio button
having values YES or NO
o Does Applicant’s Parent(s) belong to Serviceman / Ex-Serviceman Category? It
would be radio button having values YES or NO
o Does Applicant belong to Sports Category? – would be radio button having values
YES or NO
If YES: two field will appear

o If you are falling under category of orphan as per the provisions in GR dated 2nd
April 2018, would you like to apply for 1% quota in the admission process? would
be radio button having values YES or NO
o Have you opted any of the Pre-Vocational Courses or Subjects offered under NSQF
at 10th Examination ?would be radio button having values YES or NO
o Do You belong to Minority Category? – would be radio button having values YES or
NO
If YES, then two fields will open as:

  1. Linguistic Minority: It would be a dropdown field containing the list of languages.

2.Religious Minority: It would be a dropdown field containing the list of Religions.

o Do you want to take admission in Inhouse Quota? – would be radio button having
values YES or NO

o Passing status: Candidate need to select his/her passing status from dropdown.
o Is Passed 10th Standard with English as a Subject? – Candidate need to select YES
or NO.
o Is Passed 10th Standard with Science as a Subject? – Candidate need to select YES
or NO.
o English Marks Obtained: Candidate need to enter his/her engliesh subject marks of
10th result.
o English Marks out of: Candidate need to enter english subject Out of Marks of 10th
exam result.
o Total Marks Obtained: Candidate need to enter his/her total marks of 10th result.
o Total Marks Outof: Candidate need to enter Out of Marks of 10th exam result.
o Percentage (%): It would be calculated automatically in the system.

• Document Verification Details:

b. Secondary School / Guidance Centre Zone: Candidate need to select his/her
preferable Secondary School / Guidance Centre Zone for document verification
c. School / Guidance Centre: It would be a dropdown field containing the list of the
names of Schools/Guidance Centre as per selected zone. Candidate need to select
his/her preferable Secondary School / Guidance Centre.
• Upload Required Document:
After filling the registration form, candidate need to upload necessary documents which are then to
be verified.
The Document file types allowed are jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, pdf and file size allowed is 1 MB
maximum

Candidate can upload the document by clicking on the upload button.

Candidate can also view the uploaded document by clicking on the ‘view’ button.

Candidate can also delete the document by clicking on Delete symbol in 5th column and upload the
right document again.
• Pay Admission Processing Fee:
Once candidate done with uploading the documents, Admission Processing Fee page will appear
with candidate details. Candiadate need to to select the Mode of Payment and then click on
‘Proceed to Pay Admission Fee >>>’ button.
o Online Payment Mode: payment can be done by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet
Banking / UPI).
If student doesn’t have facility for online payment, he/she can visit the school for the same.

Once candidate selects the payment mode and click on ‘Proceed to Pay Admission Fee >>>’ button,
the Transaction details page will appear.

o Transaction ID : It would be a system generated ID.
o Payee ID : It would be the Login ID of candidate.
o Payee Name : It would be the name of candidate.
o Fee Amount: Amount needs to be paid.
Once candidate click on ‘Proceed’ button, the payment gateway page will appear where candicate
need to select his/her preferable mode of payment

After selecting the payment mode candidate will be able to see the fee breakups
• Lock Application Form:
After fee payment candidate will have to lock the application form.

Candidate need to check the details ad uploaded document properly and then click on declaration
and lock the application form.
No Changes can be made in application form once it is locked.
Candidate can take a printout of application once it is locked, by clicking on ‘Print Application Form’
button
Candidate can also save PDF of application form by clicking on ‘PDF Application Form’ button.

Candidate’s Application from then will get verified by the Secondary School / Guidance Centre.
If Application from doesn’t get verified in 48hrs (2 days) candidate will have an option to changes the
Guidance centre.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS:
    • Withdraw

Application:

Candidate need to select Yes or No.
• Check Document Verification Status
On this page candidate will be able to see his/her document verification status.

• Student Timeline:
Here candidate can see the phase wise progress of application

• Payment History:
Candidate can see his/her transaction history and can print the payment Receipt.

• Change Mobile No./E-Mail ID:
Candidate need to enter Mobile No. and E-mail Id and click on ‘Change Mobile Number’ & ‘Change
E-Mail Id’ button.

• Change Password:
Candidate need to enter his/her old password and then enter New Password, confirm the same and
click on ‘Change Password’ button.

• Change Security Question:
Candidate need to select security question from the drop-down and enter the answer for selected
security question and click on ‘Change Security Question’ button.
